Playtex® Diaper Genie® Elite with Carbon Filter is unlike ordinary household trash bags, the Diaper Genie® system helps keep unpleasant smells where they belong. The Double-Lock design and 7-layer refill helps keep odours from escaping, while the Diaper Genie® carbon filter absorbs and locks in strong diaper odours.
Playtex® Nurser with Drop-Ins® Liners is perfect for a busy mom on-the-go. The pre-sterilized disposable Drop-Ins® liners make this bottle easy to use and clean. The liners collapse like the breast to help prevent air from mixing with the milk and entering baby’s tummy. This means less gas and less discomfort for baby. Angled position support semi-upright feeding which is recommended by pediatricians to help prevent ear infections. 100% guaranteed twist‘n click leak proof seal
Playtex® PlayTime™ Spout Cup is designed for children as they become more active. For ages 12 months and up, these insulated cups are designed for versatility and ensure that drinks remain cool and fresh twice as long**!
Playtex® TrainingTime™ Soft Spout Cup is designed for children ages 4 months+ transitioning from bottles to sippy cups. TrainingTime cups promote independent drinking skills with unique features like removable handles and a soft silicone spout.
The soft spout cup is a good cup to introduce to your little one when you are transitioning them from a bottle to big kid drink cup. The nozzle or spout is soft and feels like the nipple of a bottle which i think is comforting to a child because there isn't a huge change. My son had a bit of a hard time getting his juice out, he got a little angry and threw his cup on the floor. A few more times of getting him to get used to a cup and he got it. I didn't find any leaks from his cup even after our dog managed to play with it when he found it on our sofa. Thankfully there is a clear lid topper that comes with the bottle so you can keep germs out. Cleaning is easy. The only thing tip i can give is make sure you hear it click when you close the lid and the arrow is aligned with the lock symbol to ensure the top is closed. Trust me.
The Playtex Nurser bottle with drop-ins liners is a good product. The liners are especially helpful when you don't want to mess with cleaning bottles. You just throw out your used liner. I didn't find the angle feature especially helpful. Overall, it is much better than the current bottles i use and i would probably keep this bottle and buy some additional liners. I'm glad i got to test and review it otherwise i would have never thought of using liners or angled bottle.
I found the nurser bottle easy to use for my little one. I especially liked the angled functionality. The drop in liners were great and helpful. My son had no issues with the new bottle - when i made the switch to test the nurser bottle he latched on to it right way. The drop in liner was great, very helpful. I would have never thought of using this bottle had it not been for this opportunity to try it. I think i will keep using it. Thank you.
Loved the product. Was easy and convenient to use. Would be great for vacations or trips outside the house as it means that you can carry around less bulk with numerous bottles. Only gave it four stars because the lack or reuse able material means more waste.
Love the Playtex® PlayTime™ Spout Cup - it is easy to clean and valves are simple to remove and wash. Cup is durable and stands up to repeated drops from my 1 year old. The double layer plastic wall insulate the cup to help keep drinks cold. I not only use these cups with my 1 year old but also my 3 and 5 year old to send drinks to daycare and school.
Love this bottle. The liners are super convenient since they don't have to be sterilized and can just be tossed after use. Baby seemed to like it and transition between breast and bottle was seamless.
Only complaint is that one of the bags popped when I was trying to squeeze air out causing me to lose precious pumped breast milk. Not sure if you're even supposed to squeeze the air out or maybe I just did it too hard. Also the measurement lines on the side of the bottle (50ml, 100ml, etc.) don't always line up with measurements from other bottles. It's not too big a deal for me though since specific volumes are not as important now that baby is getting older.
The Playtex Diaper Genie Elite is a great product. I recently tested this product and in only a week, I was a fan. It was easy to set up and i especially like the step tool. You never touch the Diaper Genie so its very sanitary. I did notice that a tiny bit of the smell does sneak out - this could depend on how many diapers you go through before making the change. I change it out after 15-20. I really liked that this had a carbon filter so i can only imagine what the smell escaping would be without it. I can't tell yet if the carbon filter has to be Playtex or if other no brand filters work. I will definitely recommend this product to my friends with little ones in the household.
I was chosen to review the Playtex Nurser with Drop Ins Liners recently and i am pleased to write that the product gets my thumbs up. My daughter is 5 months old, so i was a bit hesitant to try a new nipple at first. But she had no problem with it. The good thing is that if she didn't like the nipple i could use the nipple from her other Playtex bottle. I was interested in this product because of the angle feature and the drop in liners. As my daughter gets older so does washing bottle all the time. Less washing, more time with Bella. The liners worked well, very easy to put in and toss out. I didn't really see too much of a difference between this angle bottle and that of Bella's old Playtex bottle. But she didn't mind the new one so I will keep it.
Playtex Baby Training Spout Cup - great for your growing child.
The primary thing to like about this cup is that it doesn't leak. Obviously whether or not a cup leaks is always a concern when looking for a sippy cup, and transition sippy's are no exception. So for this metric, this cup more than fits the bill by refusing to give up any liquid, no matter how hard we tried (and laughed) trying to get it to do so.
This is the best sippy cup trainer that I have ever used for my child. The squeeze option on the cup makes it easier for her to remember to suck on the straw to get the drink.
This cup only has a few parts to clean
Twist 'n click
Removable handles for development
Easy to clean--all parts are top-rack dishwasher safe
This was my first time trying out a bottle that angles. My daughter took to it right away. She had no problem with the nipple. And if she didn't like the nipple there are other nipples that fit this bottle. So that's comforting. The drop in liner was easy to use, although the bottle bends, the drop in really doesn't. I am planning a trip with my family and i think the disposable liners will definitely come in handy.
My little boy recently tested the Training soft spout cup by Playtex and loved it. This is a perfect cup for your kid to 'train' to drink like a big boy. The best part is the handles. They are removable based on what your child prefers to hold the cup with. Mine chose to hold his cup with his right hand using one handle versus using both. I especially loved that no matter how many times he dropped it, there were no spills. Which is great, because installed new carpet in my living room. I definitely like this Playtex product and will be on the look out for other Playtex products. It was great to be able to test a product with my child and provide my honest feedback. Thank you crowdsocial.
The Playtex Training time soft spout cup has a great soft spout that's great for infants since it can't hurt their mouth as hard plastic spouts can. The plastic cover is difficult to remove - another plus so the parent has control over when drinks are taken. Best part: the cup did NOT leak. Love this training cup!
We started off using cloth diapers for our son. We had a system for those, but when it came to the times (like during the middle of the night) when we were using regular diapers, it was hard to deal with having to bring them all the way to the outdoor garbage bin, outside the back door. The Diaper genie elite took care of all of that, allowing us to change diapers in the middle of the night without having to go outside.
There was no smell, it's easy to use and I like the fact that it's a smaller container, not taking up a lot of space in the nursery or in our master bathroom where we put it for now.
Recently, my 10 month old daughter received the Playtex Playtime Insulated Spill Proof Cup. My daughter was drawn to the fun shape and design, where as mommy was glad we found an option that has a 100% leak proof guarantee that is BPA free. The cup is easy to lock, easy to clean, and has 2x insulation to keep drinks at the desired temperature even longer.
I was very excited to recently have the pleasure of trying out the Diaper Genie Elite. With three young kids, there are a lot of not so pleasant smells floating around our house. I'm constantly flushing toilets, emptying potties, and making the trek to the garage to dispose of dirty diapers. I have to admit, three kids in, I was a little skeptical that this device would make my life any easier, but was pleasantly surprised.
The Diaper Genie Elite comes from the box in two large pieces that you click into place. Then it's just a matter of inserting the plastic bag "refill" pack, and attaching an adhesive carbon filter. No tools required! Set up takes less than five minutes, which is important to any busy parent.
My youngest is a busy little boy who is too busy to stop doing anything for a diaper change. He also loves to drink his "ba-oh" (bottle) frequently throughout the day. Needless to say, his diapers are generally pretty loaded. I had no issues with inserting them into the Diaper Genie Elite, and they easily disposed into the lower holding canister. With a toddler who gets into everything, it's nice to have a unit with a lid, which also helps contain any smells. The step on foot pedal is a nice hands free feature, especially if you're holding baby, or have your hands full. The stinky-er diapers were also quick and easy to dispose of. You simply press on the easy push tab on the front of the main disposal unit, open it up and cut the bag with the childproof cutter. Tie it up, and you've got a nicely sealed package that can be disposed of at your convenience. Simply re-tie the bag, close up the unit, and it's ready to use again.
I might not be able to train my seven year old to flush the toilet, or expect my three year old to successfully empty the potty without a spill or two, but thanks to the Diaper Genie Elite, I now have one less thing I have to worry about. My diaper runs to the garage now only happen once every few days, and this busy mom couldn't be more thankful.
We had used an older version of the Playtex PlayTime Spout Cup and had been pleased with it. The improvements in design have made it even better!
My son loved the 'superhero' print that we received. He is in a superhero phase at the moment so having a caped crusader on the cup just made it that much more appealing! I like this cup because the shape is nice. It fits nicely into a cup holder or the water bottle pocket of my bag. We've had many sippy cups in the past that were odd shapes and didn't fit anywhere and ended up rolling around the car.
I am quite pleased with the redesign of the cover in the Playtex PlayTime Spout Cup. The older model would lock nicely in place IF you didn't accidentally get it on a little crooked so it would seem like it was on correctly but wasn't, cause a few disasters where the cover either came off entirely or it would leak around the collar of the cover. The new cover easily slides in place and locks nice and tight. It does have guide arrows on both the cup and the cap, though I'm not really sure what they are for since to get the cap on correctly, you don't line them up.
The one thing I'm not crazy about is the valve in the Playtex PlayTime Spout Cup. I've never been a huge fan of the silicone valves. I find they like to collect things in the dishwasher and will sometimes get moldy no matter how vigorously they are cleaned. These ones especially are a bit odd because it's hard to tell which side of the valve goes in which hole in the cover. The guiding arrow on the valve is very, very difficult to see...especially when you are rushing due to an impatient toddler!!
It's hard to speak to the insulating component of the Playtex PlayTime Spout Cup. I do find this cup feels cooler and seems to keep that temperature longer than regular sippy cups, though I can't say if it's actually twice as long. But an insulated cup is my preferred choice when giving my son something like milk or water on hot days when lukewarm water just isn't going to cut it.
All in all, we really like the Playtex PlayTime Spout Cup. It is now definitely my pick of a sippy cup for my toddler!!
My child had no problems drinking from this cup. He was able to hold the cup by himself and drink on his own. I liked the design of the cup as well. I would definitely recommend this product to family and friends.
I had the opportunity to review the Playtex® TrainingTime™ Soft Spout Cup. Overall I found this cup to be really good! The colors were bright and fun. The cup did not leak (which is a huge bonus!). My little one was able to easily able to grasp the handles however still needed assistance in getting the liquid out by herself (as it had to be at a specific angle) - a straw version would be better for that age to use without assistance. The cup came apart easily and was easy to clean.
In the midst of the adventure of raising a very active two year old, we realized that we were still unable to find her the perfect cup that would meet our needs. Thankfully we were introduced to the Playtex® PlayTime™ Spout Cup, designed for kiddos ages 12 months and up as they become more active. From the fun pictures and colours of the cups to their ease of use, they've already been claimed by our tot as her favorite.
While she mainly cares about colour and characters on her cups, we have chosen this as our favorite for other reasons...
Twist ‘N Click™ Technology* is a signature feature in many Playtex cups. You don't need to turn the lid far before it clicks in securely, letting us place her cup in the diaper bag or have it in bed without leaking. They are also durable enough to withstand a toddler sized tantrum and not break when hurled at the hard floor!
It's Insulated! Enough said, microphone dropped. But seriously, we LOVE that her milk can stay cold for twice as long. Now I'm wishing we had these cups back in the summer to keep her cooler with drinks that didn't warm up in the hot sun.
Dishwasher Safe & BPA FREE are two important things us mamas look for when finding a product for our little ones. Something that is quick to clean, and is safe to use. The cup doesn't warp or fade in the wash cycle, which we have had happen with other brands.
All in all, we are over the moon with our newest addition to the cupboard. I've been duped into believing other cups were spill or leak proof. This is the first time I have actually used a cup that lives up to the expectation, without needing a separate lid. And while it's easy for me to click it and go, it's not so easy that Miss Smarty-Pants can get it unlocked and dump the contents everywhere. You can grab your tot a convenient two pack of these at Babies R Us, or order online. It goes without saying that cup designs and colours vary store to store.
Once you have tried and fallen in love with them, head over to babysfave.ca and enter their contest for the chance to win 1 of 3 $1000 Gift Cards to Babies R Us! It's as simple as sharing why you love your new Playtex product, and filling in your information. Why not tell a friend and split the prize?!

Trying the new soft spout cup is so much fun! my son is almost 8 months and starting with this cup has been able to hold it (and throw it) and sip water and chew the spout! No leaks and very easy to clean and put together when on the go.
I was mailed the Playtex Nurser bottle and given the chance to try it! Love it! It's easy to use and I love that I always have a clean bottle because of the drop in liners. The optional angle was nice too and made feeding my son much easier. He loved the bottle too, took to it right away! I think I'll be buying a few more and continue to use them!
I was very excited to find out that I was given the opportunity to try Playtex® PlayTime™ Spout Cup via CrownSocial. The Spout Cup was designed for children as they become more active which is perfect, my son is 16 months.
As soon as I received it I gave it to my son to try. Perfect timing to transition from the Playtex Sippy Cups to the Spout Cups which are more suitable for this age group. It was a struggled at first, he did not like it a whole lot and it took some time but he will now drink with it. I love the overall design and how it did not leak like other cups and would definitely recommend this to anyone.
We recently had the chance to review the Playtex PlayTime Spout Cup and we were just thrilled with this cup. My daughter is 2 and she throws her cup everywhere and I am constantly wiping up spilled milk or juice. Not with the Playtex PlayTime Spout Cup! This cup does NOT leak and my daughter gave it her very best shot- throwing it, kicking it and even dropping it down the stairs. Not 1 drop of juice escaped! I love the twist and lock lid. This cup is also very easy to clean and it doesn't have any tiny, hard to reach spots for milk to get stuck in. These cups are bright and colourful and it is the 1st cup my daughter asks for! We will buying another. Thanks Playtex!
Loved the colours. The spill proof and with cover was great for traveling. My daughter had troubles tilting it to drink out of for a first sippy cup., It was a bit big/heavy for her hands. Her noise also got smushed when she finally did get it tilted.
Sippy cups are my nemesis. You know when you're getting ready to go out and you have the sippy cup all ready to go, you carefully close it, make sure it's sealed and even put it through its crash test paces over the kitchen sink before you a)hand it to the pint sized disaster waiting to happen or b) place it in the diaper bag or your purse so it' handy the minute you get out the door and hear "I'm firsty mommy" (that's not a typo, that's how the boy says thirsty). The Playtex Playtime Spout Cup claims it has a Leak Proof Seal and it actually does! This cup was dropped, kicked, and thrown around so much over the course of a week and it did not leak once! My carpet, the seats of my car, my Micheal Kors bag and I thank you Playtex for finally making a sippy cup that I can be friends with, maybe even love a little. The cup is also insulated, BPA free and has the cutest designs. The boy adores all things jungle so the lion and the monkey where favorite friends to tote along with him on his new favorite cup.
The Playtex® Nurser with Drop-Ins® Liners was so convenient to use! It was great just having to drop in the pre-sterilised liners that were also very easy to fill up. The bottle itself has a hinge so that it can stand straight up (while I filled it up) and then be angled so I could more comfortably feed my daughter.
My daughter (who is mainly breastfed) had no issues latching on to the nipple and easily finished the bottle with no fussing at all. She's normally a very gassy baby, but didn't have any problems afterwards (and fell asleep right away!).
The only thing I wasn't a fan of (and what made me give it 4 stars) was that you're supposed to squeeze the bottom of the liner to get the air out once it's been filled. I found it really awkward cramming my fingers up the bottom of the bottle to get that done, but that may get easier with more practice.
What I like about this sippy cup is that my daughter can control the flow of liquid coming out so it doesn\'t come out unless she\'s applying pressure to the spout with her mouth. I think for younger babies this is a awesome feature. The design is great as well. The only tad I have is that I hadn\'t read the instructions properly and wasn\'t aligning the arrow so the liquid leaked all over her. Overall, it\'s a great sippy cup for the price!
Overall I loved this bottle. SUPER easy to clean, less gassy baby and I loved the adjustable angle. My only issue was that the flow of the nipple was a bit fast for my little one. My little one is 10 months but vastly prefers slow flow! I would say the nipple was more medium flow so perfect for babies who like that.
I was very excited to try out this sippy for my 7 month old as he transitions from nursing/bottle to sippy.
First impressions - it looks nice. I love that the handles can come off as he learns how to hold a cup without. The spout also seems less complicated than some of the other starter sippies out there.
My little one took to it straight away. He can hold it and drink from it all by himself, which is nice. He just gets a little frustrated when the liquid doesn't come out fast enough. It just seems to trickle and he is used to a faster flow. May be more to do with his temperament than the product .
My only complaint is that the handle part of the lid tends to get stuck and I really have to pry to get both parts to line up and lock.
All in all I am pleased with this sippy. I've used several other starters and this one is a great option.
I was thrilled to receive the Diaper Genie Elite to try out. With two kids in diapers this meant a lot to me. I had a diaper genie years ago but this one is so much better! It's a bit taller which is nice. You are not struggling with it while holding a baby. I love the pedal! There is no fussing around with this one. Just push down the pedal, drop in the diaper, and done! Now I'm super sensitive to smells so I will say I did sometimes get a bad whiff of air around it but overall I will say it does a pretty good job at keeping the nasty diaper smell away. Emptying out was quite easy as well. If I have to give the Diaper Genie one con, that would be the cost of the refills. I think they are rather expensive for literally a plastic bag! Although that being said, they are super easy to pop in and refill. I did hear that you can use a roll of regular plastic bags in it but I have not tried it. Overall, I really like this Diaper Genie Elite and would recommend it to any mom.
My son and i were chosen to try test the Playtex PlayTime Spout cup with crowdsocial and he loved it. For all the moms out there the real test is when you put the cup in your baby bag or purse. I am pleased to report that there were no spills. The cup helps keep cool beverages cool and that's important because my son doesn't like warm apple juice. The colour and design was nice as well. I give this product 5 stars because my son is still using it.
My daughter fell in love with the Spout Cup from Playtex! The second it arrived, she grabbed it and checked out the awesome jungle pattern, which we both love. It took a little bit for her to drink out of it, because she wasn't used to the hard spout. But now she just can't get enough! I did some searching, and they're a great price, AND there's so many more patterns. We're excited to go buy more. Definite must buy for style and functionality!
I love this product for a few reasons. I love the two handles as it gives my very young guy (4.5 months). A very easy, wide grip. His control is still not the greatest so the two handles, placed widely apart gives him a way to be independent.
I also love the soft spout since he has no teeth, but it will come in handy when he is teething too. I also dont have to worry about him banging his mouth and hurting himself, because as I said, his control still isnt perfect 😉
I am on my third child and i have used Playtex products for now my 3 children. My daughter just turned months a week ago and i was thrilled to be able to test out the new Playtex Nurser with drop-in liners. My 2 boys suffered from colic and now my little one does too. So this was a great product match for me. I tried it for 4 days and i did see a bit of difference in gas and the irritations my daughter normally has. The liners work great because i dont have to spend time washing bottles, i just toss the liners away now. I like the angle position but found that water gets trapped in it and sometimes can leak. Overall, i was happy to be chosen to be a tester for this product.
We go through so many of these cups with toddlers and little kids in the house. You know how you're not sure when things are actually secure? This cup is a great option, because you know that when it clicks into place, it's secured. Easy to clean, bright colors and a great design for little hands - the playtime spout cup is a great option for toddlers.
Bella absolutely loves her Playtex Playtime Spout Cup. She has been transitioning to cups from bottles and this has made the transition so easy. I love that it is insulated so that when we head out on our walks or to play dates her drinks stay cool for her to enjoy. The designs are great and she loves looking at her cup as much as she loves drinking from it. You can tell she feels like a big girl when she has her cup at dinner.
I was really excited to try a Playtex Baby product. I have two children and used Playtex baby products with my first child. Having my daughter who is now 5 months try out the Playtex Baby Training Soft Spout cup was a great opportunity. I had never tried the soft spout cup and i have to say that it is a great product. No only is it easy for my little one to grab on to, when she drops it THERE IS ZERO spillage. The best part was the removable handle. How cool is that. She had no issues taking on her favourite juice with this cup. I am not surprised that this is a great product because it is Playtex. I am a fan and continue to be a fan. I'm so thankful to have been given the opportunity to try this product.
